(1) ORDERING/PAYMENT OPTIONS
Orders may be placed at our online store anytime. To place an order please place your selections in the shopping trolley, then view your cart and proceed to checkout, where you will select your payment method. Payment is currently accepted by credit card, Paypal or direct deposit into our bank account. Once you have selected your payment option you will be given instructions on how to make payment to complete your order. Please make sure you fill in your email address to receive confirmation your order has been received by Shop and Crop. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Shop and Crop within 12 hours, please contact us at mail@shopandcrop.com.au
All online credit card payments are processed by Shop and Crop Scrapbooking. Direct deposit and store credit may not be accepted as payment during some sales.

(2) PRICING
The customer may select the currency they wish to view prices in. All prices quoted in Australian Dollars include 10% GST.

(3) MINIMUM ORDER
The minimum order value is $20.00. Orders under $20.00 will not process.

(4) OUT OF STOCK ITEMS:
On occasions, some items in our store may be temporarily unavailable. If the item is expected within 3 working days, your order will be held over and shipped when the product arrives. If the item is not expected to be in stock within 3 working days, your order will be sent AS IS and we will credit you for the unavailable product/s. If the value of the unavailable product/s is $10.00 or less, or you paid by direct deposit, your Shop and Crop Store account will be credited, if the value is $10.01 or more, your credit card or Paypal account will be refunded. Sorry, we do not backorder.

(5) DELIVERY TERMS
We aim to process all orders (including express post) within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped via Australia Post, but we reserve the right to select any carrier of our choice. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email to your registered email address. After dispatch the customer acknowledges and agrees that Shop and Crop Online cannot be held responsible for the order being "lost" in the post. We offer postal insurance at our check out for an additional cost. Customers who choose NOT to take out postal insurance do so entirely at their own risk.

(6) 3 DAY POSTAGE GUARANTEE
Your order will be dispatched within 3 business days, or your postage fee is refunded in the form of a store credit. This offer applies to orders paid for by credit card or Paypal only, and applies to customers who reside in Australia only. This offer excludes orders which contain sale/discounted item/s, kits, workshop packs, pre-order items or storage items. 

(7) CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
Credit Card Payments are processed at the time that an order is placed. Customers acknowledge and accept that Shop and Crop Scrapbooking will be the name that appears on their credit card statement, as this is the company that owns Shop and Crop Online.

(8) POSTAGE RATES
Domestic Postage is a flat rate of $7.95, to anywhere in Australia. Express Post and Registered Post are available  for an additional charge. If you wish to use these services, please indicate in the appropriate check box in Checkout. We highly recommend that customers utilise postal insurance (Registered Post) to protect their order in transit. We will not be held responsible for orders lost or damaged during transit.

• International Postage is available to the following locations at the given flat rate:

New Zealand $14.95.
Japan $15.95.
These postage prices are quoted in Australian Dollars. The customer acknowledges that Shop and Crop Online reserves the right to charge extra postage on heavy/bulky items.

(9) CROPAHOLIC CLUB MEMBERSHIP

• All member information will be kept strictly confidential.
• Joining fee of $44.00 must be paid in full on application (by credit card or direct deposit).
• Upon joining, you will receive a single $50.00 club credit (including GST).  It must be spent in one single order. If you spend over the $50.00 credit in your order, you will pay the difference in price. Normal postage charges apply with all orders. You will forfeit your club credit amount to us if it is not used within 6 months of joining the club.
• The Special of the Month is NOT included within the $50.00 credit.
• The Club members 5% discounted products are marked Club Price.
• There is a limit of ONE Club members Product of the Month per order. Subsequent Product of the Month items in the same order will be added to the cart at normal Club price.
• There is limited stock of the Club Product of the Month. Once stock has run out it is gone. To avoid disappointment get your order in early.
• The $20.00 minimum order value applies to all orders.
• The clearance sale/bargain bin range of items do not attract club discounts. Those products are already marked with the 'Special' price.
• Club/store credit is not accepted as payment during major sales, where credit card is stated as the only payment option.

(10) PRE-ORDERS
Where special pre-orders are available, items may be purchased as a pre-ordered item and will be shipped to the customer when they become available (ie. in stock). Normal postage and payment terms apply to these items. If direct deposit is allowed and selected as the payment option, payment must be received by Shop and Crop within 3 working days or the pre-order will be cancelled. Some pre-orders do not allow for direct deposit or Paypal payment. Club member discount does not apply to pre-order items. The 3 Day Postage Guarantee does not apply to pre-orders.
Please place pre-order items in a separate order to normal items, otherwise the order will be held over until the pre-order items arrive.

(11) ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders which are submitted, then cancelled before they are shipped will be charged an $11.00 restocking fee. Orders can not be cancelled once they have shipped.

(12) REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty or Incorrect Items:

• Authorisation for exchange, refund or credit must be made with us (via email) prior to you sending back the item(s).
• We will pay for all shipping costs.
• Does NOT include items damaged in transit. See clause 5 of these terms and conditions.
• All goods must be returned in their original packaging.
• You must advise us of any faulty or incorrect items within 5 days of your invoice.

Change of Mind:

• We do not refund or exchange if you simply change your mind. Please choose carefully.

(13) CLEARANCE SALE
The clearance sale/bargain bin range of items do not attract any further discounts. Those products are already marked with the 'Special' price. Also note that clearance stock is limited and available only while stocks last.

(14) CURRENCY
The base currency for the store is Australian Dollars. The client hereby acknowledges that by selecting a currency other than Australian Dollars, the store will only provide an estimate of the price / order total in that currency. The client also acknowledges that there may be price differences in rounding and credit card transactions where a price is quoted in a non-Australian currency. This depends on the prevailing foreign exchange rate at the time the bank processes the transaction. All orders that are sent to a non-Australian address are exempt from Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST).

(15) GIFT VOUCHERS
The following conditions apply to Gift Vouchers:

• Once a gift voucher is purchased, your gift voucher will be emailed to you. Anyone is able to redeem the gift voucher using the code printed on the voucher.
• Lost gift vouchers will NOT be replaced.
• Gift Vouchers are valid for six (6) months from the purchase date.
• When redeeming a gift voucher, if the full amount is not claimed, the remaining balance is forfeited by the customer.
• Gift vouchers may ONLY be used to purchase products, postage and postage insurance from Shop and Crop Online.
• Gift vouchers are NOT redeemable for cash.
• Not available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

(16) CROP KIT/CROPAHOLICS KIT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Subscriptions run on a monthly basis for 6 months from the starting month.
By ordering a subscription you will automatically receive a new kit in the mail each month. Kits are shipped around the 16th of each month.
The subscription will be continued on a month-by-month basis after the 6 month commitment, unless the subscription is cancelled in writing by you (the subscriber) during the last month of the 6 month subscription. If the subscription is not cancelled during the last month of the 6 month subscription, one month's notice is required (ie. to NOT receive the September kit, you must advise cancellation by 31 August). 
If a Kit subscription is cancelled before the 6 month subscription period has ended, or if we are not able to process your credit card successfully by the 14th of the month, an early termination fee will be charged to your credit card. This fee is $20 for Crop Kit subscriptions, $30 for Card Kit subscriptions and $40 for Cropaholics Kit subscriptions.
Kits cannot be returned for a credit or refund. Kits can not be skipped during the 6 month subscription, however a Shop and Crop gift voucher for the same value as the kit can be substitited for ONE kit during the 6 month subscription period, if Shop and Crop is advised by the 9th of the month you would like the substitution to occur.
Your nominated credit card will be processed on the 10th or 11th of each month during your subscription.
The special price for Cropaholics Kit subscribers is $73.95, and for Crop Kit subscribers $29.95.
Add-On Kits can be added to a Crop Kit subscription and shipped with the your Kit each month for no additional shipping charge. Crop Kit Add-On Kits are $13.95.
Shipping costs of $7.95 within Australia, ($14.95 NZ), are added to the cost of your kit each month, for delivery with Australia Post. Postage costs may be subject to an increase during your subscription, but this increase would not be more than 10%.
Orders at Shop and Crop may be be placed to be posted with the current month's kit (for the one postage charge), when the order is placed between the 1st and 9th of the month. The first order discount does not apply to these products.

(17) BASICGREY PAGE OF THE MONTH KIT SUBSCRIPTIONS
The Subscription is run on a bi-monthly basis from the starting month until January 2012.
By ordering this subscription you will automatically receive a new kit in the mail every second month. Kits are shipped around the 16th of every second month (March, May, July, September, November 2011 & January 2012).
The subscription cannot be cancelled during the subscription period.
Your nominated credit card will be processed $59.95 on the 10th or 11th of every second month during your subscription, plus the cost of shipping which is $7.95 within Australia, or $14.95 to NZ, for receipted (trackable) delivery with Australia Post.
Credit card payment only. The first order discount does not apply to this product.

(18) ONLINE WORKSHOPS
By adding a workshop to your cart and purchasing, you agree to Shop and Crop's Terms and Conditions.  All session times are stated in NSW, Australia time. Shop and Crop does not refund or credit for missed workshops. All information given at Shop and Crop workshops remain the copyright of the instructor giving it and Shop and Crop. Credit card payment is preferred for workshop registration payments. Direct deposit orders will be held for 2 working days only. If your full payment has not been received in our bank account within 2 working days your position in the workshop will be forfeited.
To access the Online Workshops, you will be required to download and install the Shop and Crop Online Virtual Classroom. A link for this download will be provided when you enrol in a class. This software has been designed for use with Microsoft Windows (2000/XP). It may also work with older versions of Windows (e.g. Win98/ME). This software communicates with our central servers via TCP ports 3009 and 80. If you have a computer firewall, you should ensure that these outbound ports are available. Shop and Crop Scrapbooking does not refund or credit for workshops missed as a result of technical problems beyond our control. This includes: customer not being able to install software, customer's hardware failure, customer's internet connection failure and customer's inability to access ports 3009/80 through their firewall. Help is available at the start of each class if you are having technical difficulties by emailing . You are advised to log in 15 mins before your first class to ensure your installation/connection is working properly. This will allow you some time to troubleshoot any problems.
As the Internet is not reliable 100% of the time, if network problems result in a workshop being postponed, all participants will be advised of the new time by email. The workshop will be held again at this time.

(19) SHOP AND CROP REWARDS
The following conditions relate to the Shop and Crop REWARDS program:

• Shop and Crop Scrapbooking reserves the right to change these conditions at anytime.
• Where a customer making a purchase has been referred by multiple people, the normal points allocation is shared amongst these parties.
• To earn points, you MUST be a recipient of our Shop and Crop Newsletter. Email us if unsure about this?
• A $20.00(AUD) gift voucher may be redeemed for every 2,000 points you accumulate.
• When a person referred by you makes a purchase at Shop and Crop Online, you will receive 50 points for every $10.00(AUD) they spend (excl. postage/freight charges).
• You are not eligible to earn points on purchases made by yourself.
• If you are referred by someone else, you cannot refer that same person.
• Points are only awarded directly for purchases made by the people you refer. You will not earn any points for people they may in-turn refer.
• Points are forfeited if not redeemed within 2 years of earning them.
• Cookies are used to track referred customers. If you or anyone referred by you does not have cookies enabled (or deletes them), you will not receive reward points when they make a purchase.
• Once a gift voucher is redeemed, all the standard terms relating to gift vouchers apply to the use of that gift voucher. See store terms for more info.
• Any person found cheating the reward system will be striped of their points.

(20) FIRST ORDER DISCOUNT
Customers placing their FIRST online order will receive a discount as follows:
20% off our regular price (on orders of less than AU$150),
25% off our regular price (on orders of AU$150 or more).
The following conditions apply to first order discounts:
Shop and Crop Scrapbooking's decision on whether or not an order is the "FIRST" order for a particular customer is final.
Minimum order amount still applies after discount is calculated.
Not available in conjunction with ANY other special offer or discount.
Store Account/Club Credit may NOT be used to pay for orders subject to this discount.
Discount does NOT apply to postage charges.
To be eligible, customers MUST FIRST successfully REGISTER and ACTIVATE a store account (see link near login panel). Once registered, Customers MUST be LOGGED IN as they check-out and pay for their first order.
The discount will be automatically calculated by the system when you place your first order. Orders will NOT be manually adjusted for customers who forget to register or login.
"Club Product of the Month" is excluded.
All Shop and Crop Kits (including BasicGrey Kits) are excluded from this offer.
Some products are excluded from the first order discount. The price will automatically be adjusted to the discounted price, if the product is eligible for the first order discount.
Discount available online only. 
Shop and Crop Scrapbooking reserves the right to charge a customer's credit card or Paypal account, without notice, for the difference in price, in the case of a customer using an alias to get an discount not entitled to (ie. where they have previously placed an order).
Shop and Crop Scrapbooking reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
First order discounts WILL NOT be backdated on orders placed prior to this offer becoming available (26/5/10).

(21) PRIVACY & SECURITY
Shop and Crop Scrapbooking is committed to the privacy and security of its customers information. We have a separate privacy policy which is available for your inspection.

(22) INDEMNITY
The Client hereby indemnifies and holds safe Shop and Crop Scrapbooking and its principal from and against all claims, demands, suites or causes of action arising from or in connection with the provision by Shop and Crop Scrapbooking or its principal of the products and/or services described herein or in respect of any loss or damage to property of the client or any third party or in respect of any physical injury or death of the client or any third party. The client acknowledges and agrees that this indemnity and release may be pleaded as a bar to any such claim, demand, suite or cause of action aforesaid.

(23) LEGAL NOTICE
Shop and Crop Scrapbooking ABN 23 169 722 080 is the legal owner of Shop and Crop Online. In the context of this notice, Shop and Crop Online means Shop and Crop Scrapbooking and vice versa. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, we, us, me and I refers to Shop and Crop Scrapbooking. You and the client refers to the customer who is agreeing to all terms contained within.

(24) SEVERANCE OF INEFFECTIVE PARTS OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Where any clause or part of a clause is ineffective it may be severed without affecting any other part of this Agreement.

(26) All Kaisercraft PRE-ORDERS
All Kaisercraft PRE-ORDERS full payment plus postage is payable at time of order. Pre-order closes when stock allocation has run out. Additional products can be ordered with the pre-order, but will be shipped with the pre-order. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. Payment is by credit card, Paypal or Direct Deposit. Payment via direct deposit order is required within 3 days of placing the order or the order will be cancelled without notice (no exceptions). 3 Day Postage Guarantee does not apply on pre-orders. Shop and Crop will not be held responsible for any delay in receiving stock from Kaisercraft.
